In 1997, the Alfaro Family acquired an aging 75 acre apple farm in Corralitos, which they subsequently transformed into Alfaro Family Winery. There are now 56 acres under vine, with plantings of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, Gruner Veltliner and Malbec.
